Pros

- Good for people breaking into the industry - Fantastic team members - Mostly flexible working

Cons

tl;dr version: - Terrible communication - Toxic work expectations - Promises of pay rises and bonuses that never come - C suite belittling staff in company meetings - Multiple rounds of layoffs that were handled terribly - C suite/senior leadership refusing to listen to multiple SMEs and instead wasting time and money on something they thought would work cause they read it in a self help book. - Terrible business practices - Constant burnout/turnover -Poor C Suite Experience/Leadership. Longer version: As someone that was relatively new to the space, I was eager to jump in and be a part of what I thought was a great company. From the moment that you start onboarding, the ideals they instil of 'Be Fierce', 'Be the Customer' & 'Be Transparent' captivate you and really get you to believe in the mission of "We are here to change the world". Unfortunately this quickly recedes as it is clearly evident that the leadership in the company do not believe in or live by these standards at all. This was absolutely made clear when they were shutting down team members, belittling them and then placing blame on them when they were raising a concern in the company wide 'Transparency Sessions'. This led to many staff either not participating in the sessions or just not speaking up regarding business issues. This wasn't the only occasion of staff being abused within the company with many other sessions ending in welfare checks. On top of this, the outright lies told regarding sales, state of the business, salaries, bonuses and more really painted the picture of how WithYouWithMe really is. The culture instilled by the leadership is no better. The expectations of you working ridiculous hours whilst conducting multiple peoples jobs with no compensation is the default standard. It is disguised as "Army culture" which is nothing short of rubbish as those that have served in all branches of the military across the globe have pointed out the stark differences. Those within the "Inner Circle", especially those sleeping together, had no issues with pay yet team members in the same job with the same experience were paid vastly different salaries because HR & the leadership team refused to admit that it was wrong. Even when compared to industry standards, other evidence/salaries and a solution offered, there was nothing done. Another fun little thing is that HR/WYWM actively posts 5/5 rating for themselves on Glassdoor to boost themselves and cover the real reviews also whilst removing some of the 1/5 reviews (I've counted at least 10 that have been removed) that accurately portray the real state of the business and peoples experiences. There were a number of other issues that are touched on in other reviews however in conclusion, I recommend reading the other reviews thoroughly as to really comprehend the full picture that WithYouWithMe truly is and avoid when at all possible.

Pros

The company's mission is incredible and so needed. It started dedicated to finding the right roles for veterans exiting service. eventually the demographics changed to include other groups like neurodiverse. They made mistakes but the new CEO is trying to right the ship. There are some really great people who work here but sadly few and far between.

Cons

The training provided was on a minimal amount and employees really couldn't perform their roles 100% without additional training. I found the culture very toxic and very military which doesn't work if you are NOT IN THE MILITARY. This was a corporate company not the military, but people refused to follow proper procedures and go around people if they didn't get the answer they wanted to hear. I personally experienced bullying from senior leaders and peers. I reported it to the appropriate authority only to be completely ignored. When it continued, I reported it again only to hear that was okay because "people were just upset at the situation". Granted people can be upset, It is allowed, but to be called names in a teams meeting, yelled at in other meetings, and to be disregarded when the concern is raised is not okay.
