Great people and a positive working environment. The people are incredibly supportive and a pleasure to work with. The best part of WithSecure is undoubtedly the talent. Everyone excels in their field and contributes to a great atmosphere.
Cons
Salary compensation was significantly below industry standards, especially when compared to other leading companies. The situation worsened after F-Secure acquired the company, implementing changes and decisions that didn’t align with our work culture or business approach. This led to a constant sense of instability and fear of redundancies, making the work environment increasingly uncertain.
