After few years of ineffective feature delivery process they started to introduce real agile. And it's much better than was before.
Cons
The code base becomes legacy immediately, the of code is smelling everywhere. The company doesn't push developers to grow, no one cares about code quality. Workarounds everywhere. Some senior developers have superficial knowledge about key technologies the company uses. The business focused only on features delivery even if they look and work awful. No stability, 8 manager changes during 2 years. No one cares about attitude in teams
