Pros

You get to work with excellent consultants, and great colleagues - the people are what makes up the culture. Good pay, excellent benefits (health, WFH, wellbeing, etc.) They know how to take care of employees.

Cons

Literally 3 - 5 "organization restructures" throughout past 2 years. Led to high turnover rates in consultants, and sales team. UK/Helsenki leadership have no idea what works in the US market, thus unable to have a profitable revenue the past 2 years. No clear idea on what the team is suppose to sell, leading to choatic structure and poor management from existing teams.
