      Many young employees, good for some one who wants to start freshly

      Cons

      A lot of urgent calls and night shifts, no payment for overtime, overtime can only be exchanged to annual leave. Limited growth of salary.

      My mentor gave me check points to reach and points of interest to study, while also letting me figure it out at my own pace. If I needed help, I was not afraid to ask and he was extremely helpful and understanding.
