      Management should be improved. Performance and development are limited by rules. Too many micro management. Need to focus on technology development.

      My mentor gave me check points to reach and points of interest to study, while also letting me figure it out at my own pace. If I needed help, I was not afraid to ask and he was extremely helpful and understanding.
