      Pros

      So the boss knows about as much as a toddler when it comes to running this place, but hey, you're basically a court jester who has to bow and scrape before His Royal Majesty no matter how ridiculous his demands may be. Have fun with that!

      Cons

      Downsides? What downsides?! -Stealing from clients and submitting fake invoices is just good business practice! It builds character. -The less knowledgeable and more ignorant the clients are, the more qualified they assume they are to run the show. Expertise is overrated anyway. -Getting paid on time is for chumps. Constant salary delays build anticipation and keep you on your toes! -Why bother following through on promises when making them is so much more fun? Under-promise and over-deliver on disappointment. -Personal space and life balance? Psh, those are just distractions from the all-consuming grind. Boundary violations build resilience.
