Pros
Work from home if you like that. Willing to teach. The people you work with are very nice genuine people. The firm does fight for a good cause my experience there doesn't change that.
Cons
Constant fire drills. Upper management seemed to never have anything under control. It would always affect the case managers on being able to meet deadlines always due to adding last minute projects. No work culture. Everyone was almost always remote and the company did little to nothing to have some sort of work culture. HEAVY turn over rate with constant burnout. People would either quit or get fired and at the end of the day it was because of upper management.
