Pros
I started at this company when it was still Kitty Hawk. And at that time it was so inspiring and full of support for creative thinking. The product was amazing and the people were just as brilliant at their jobs as they were as human beings. I was given so much freedom to do my job and was able to be incredibly creative and accountable for my own work.
Cons
When this company became Wisk the fantastic culture of Kitty Hawk was completely erased in the worst possible way. When the new executive management came into power they showed little respect to the history of the company and the work of the employees up to that point. They continually tell us that Wisk employees will be leading the efforts of the JV but the reality is that almost all the management comes from the outside partners and the Wisk employees are completely at their mercy.
