Layoffs were brutal - Engineer Wisk Employee Review

Promotions seem to be based off of who you know more than anything else. Did layoffs right before Christmas after promising they weren’t doing layoffs. Didn’t consult with bottom two layers of management before choosing who to cut. Most other companies in this space currently offer equity.
