There aren't many pros. The location is prime.

Co-workers are very controlling. People at your level think they own you even though they are not the Boss. People do not have boundaries. Very very toxic environment. They will not let you leave the office on time even if your work is done and will make you sit and converse absolute nonsense with them. The work isn't satisfying either.
