Pros
The CEO is nice and genuine but has to rely on unfortunately poor management to run the company. This poor management (COO) does everything but running off employees is their specialty.
Cons
Management is disorganized, chaotic, and very unprofessional (COO). They don't like when you have questions or make suggestions. You are never to have questions or they will terminate you. The expectation is that you come in, work miracles, know where all information is to do your job without training and if you don't you're accused of not doing your job and you're terminated. Unfortunately since the CEO is very busy he relies completely on his COO to handle and filter everything even though she continues to make knee jerk reactions, and poor business decisions. Although she has been there from the beginning, continuing to rely solely on her will certainly to cost the company. Turnover is extremely high.
