Company was growing very fast, which made it fun

Leadership - strong focus on putting clients first. Open to feedback. Genuinely seem to care about clients and employees. Culture - open dialogue about topics like BLM & diversity. Lots of swag and positivity. Good pay & benefits. Transparency - in goals and progress, regularly scheduled meetings actually happen, are planned and thought about. Everyone seems to know where we're headed. Remote work allowed - lots of Zooms. Felt like I knew my teammates better in four months than I did in four years in my last role.

Start-up. If you're not comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are rigid in your thinking you may not be a fit here. Challenging each other is welcome in the effort for all to improve.
