      They lure you in with beer and food, and then fire you.

      Cons

      They recently acquired Blume Global and have now started laying off people. They talk about their mantras and values 24 hours a day, but are now firing people. Outsiders don't know about this layoff; it's called a 'silent layoff.' Anyone joining Wisetech Global should be careful.

      Good work Life balance . Salary is good . We used to have cake day every month which was nice . There was a good learning curve with respect to projects in supply chain

      Constant lay off threat once company is acquired .
