Falls short on quality & delivery - Sales Associate Wise Food Storage Employee Review

Good pay and good people.

The benefits weren't great, but terrible.

Wise Company is one of the leaders in the food storage industry. Jobs offered involve sales (both direct to consumer and to vendors), accounting, Customer Serving, and Distribution. The sales jobs are low stress and the company does a great job advertising and providing you with leads of interested people. Compensation is commission only and Salaries have a wide range usually between $30,000 - $150,000

The benefits are poor to non-existent. There is little room for promotion or personal growth in the company. Much of your salary is based on the luck of having a customer calling in and wanting to order and you getting the call.
