Wise was amazing when I first started, and had leaders who cared about the culture and work-life balance. They were all replaced within months of my start date, and Wise shifted to a more typical call center environment. Expect a very heavy workload with little to no support from management.
Very few career advancement opportunities. I spent half of my time working as an unpaid trainer in their GetWiser training program for months, and was unable to leverage it into any meaningful opportunities or connections.
