One of the most personable companies I have had the pleasure of working for. A place where even the CEO knows your name. They even call you and wish you a happy birthday every year! No one does this at other companies...

Very little to say in this department. At times you can feel as though you need to solve a lot of problems alone given the smaller nature of the projects. A simple phone call to upper management is usually what solves the issues.
