Pros

High pay, great benefits, excellent structure. Opportunities for promotion. Pay increases. Tons of overtime capability. Overtime is paid by 15 minute increments.

Cons

100% micro managed. Calls are reviewed monthly and nothing is ever perfect. Customers can be horrible and you cannot end call unless very specific guidelines are met.
