Pay was fair, and work life balance was good.

Old internal systems in use

Good pay, Benefits package is pretty good. There are a few mangers that are very nice and caring , but there are also a few that only care about them selfs.

They hired several people that did not pull there own work load. Some of the tech there do poor work. There is a lot of hurry up and wait. they never have all materials on site that is needed. They are so worried about inventory they often have whole crews standing around because they only sent enough parts for what they thought was needed. I don't feel there are a lot of advancement opportunities. Some of the lead techs felt becoming a lead tech was a mistake. There are a few very combative employees that are allowed to stay.
