Pros
WirelessCar's code is very clean and of high quality. As a Junior engineer one benefits a lot with working with clean code and Amazon Web Services.
Cons
Some Scrum masters are almost absent from the office, working remotely most of the days. Some line managers followed the same approach, leading to ineffective communication. Some colleagues had bad attitude and created turbulence/toxic environment, despite the fact that most colleagues are skilled and helpful.
