Pros
It's easy to create decent bonds with your co-workers and if you can miraculously hit the monthly goals, it's a nice sales job.
Cons
Nothing you do will ever be good enough to reach the constantly changing monthly goals set by the company so good luck making more than the base pay. The company expects you to sell by conning your customers into thinking they need products they will never actually use, which is how they expect you to hit ridiculous goals, as well as outrageous fees for setting up equipment. Lots of employees won't disclose costs of any additional products and will often beat around the bush when customer asks why their final total out the door is so high.
