Pros

The associates are wonderful, talented sales people.

Cons

Lack of upper management, training, and development. Fluctuating bonus and commission structure. Extremely long hours for salary compared to corporate t-mo. No raises. They will make quotas unobtainble. The commission is way off from what you would get at a corporate t-mobile location. No room for advancement almost never promote from within. No praise for a job well done. You will however get yelled at and treated like garbage for not hitting goals that do in fact hit the goals that the corporate t-mobile sets for tpr stores. Horrible benefits. Stick with a COR location. Chances are you will have no life working here either because you are scheduled an obnoxious amount of hours or because you will no money to pay for anything.

Pros

- Fast paced - Forces you to adopt people skills - Sky is the limit as far as commission goes* - Commission bonuses**

Cons

*unless they change the commission structure and make sure you get paid half as much as you did the previous month ** were once achievable, until Wireless Universe decided it was too easy to get and raised the bonus threshold - Unrealistic goals/expectations as far as sales quotas go - Encouraged to lie, deceive and trick customers at any point, quite literally encouraged to add features the customer does not want otherwise you risk a write-up for not upselling 90% of all customers - Micro-manages every single policy - Virtually NO advancement opportunities; don't expect this to be your career (unless you work at one of the high traffic stores in Florida, where you MIGHT manage to earn a livable wage) - Commission payout is set up to take as much money from reps/management as possible - No benefits whatsoever. There is health care, but only for full time associates (good luck getting hired full time, they want every new hire to be part time) and it is ridiculously expensive. - Training is non-existent, expect to spend much of your time learning Wireless Universe policies as you go - HR is a nightmare, hope you never have to update any personal information (also, don't expect your W2 on time!) - Change pay dates unknowingly, sometimes you'll get paid a day early, sometimes you'll get paid two/three days late - To earn a living wage expect to work 40+ hours a week, only then just BARELY scraping by
