Pros

A good experience in learning what not to do when running a business. Met a few really good people for networking purposes.

Cons

Owners are extremely selfish and liars. On the gross profit comp structure they very obviously skim a lot off the top. Wouldn't enable a simple button that shows what company pays for a device until they had enough time to cook the books. No health insurance for anyone in the company. If you express a concern or call them out on something wrong, unethical or illegal, they will push you out. Anyone in the newly formed Florida District please get out while you can.

Pros

Laid back, management and District management are really helpful. Account executive was annoying but really helped employees with learning products and services. But she is busy so she cannot be readily available. She was from Verizon Corporate, that was probably why she was on point. She did not work for wireless store inc.

Cons

Little pay. Often worked alone. Unorganized because of corporate. I started working when the store was first opening. I literally fixed fixtures and cleaned during construction. It was crazy in the beginning, but after things got settled it was just slow and busy. Marketing was up to employees, which I feel we should get paid more to do. Grand opening was pathetic. I felt like I was at work all the time, but had little money. Location sucked and it was slow and boring.
