      None, This place is a sewer!

      Cons

      Everything, They took away salaries and made all of the management hourly. Reduced the hourly employees to below min wage and supplement wages with middling commissions. Never had enough workers to staff the store. Toxic parasitic company culture. District managers on up made unrealistic sales quotas, but never helped stores attain them.

      Pros

      If you are good at sales you can make just enough money to slowly drown in debt.

      Cons

      My manager was having sex with an 18 year old on the clock regularly and stealing other employees sales regularly. When this was reported multiple times nothing was ever done. Don't work for them. EVER.
