District manager doesn’t listen to employees when they tell him about problems in the store The commission structure sucked! You got deductions for not being able to sell a tablet, accessories & this thing called NBA had to always be above 90%. The deductions were horrible. Especially when it was a dead season, you can’t force somebody to do something. You could’ve sold over $15,000 GP & bring home literally $500 if that. if an employee has called out over 10 times why would they still have a job? yet someone could be late 3 times & they’re put on a final. If they did a competition and our store won, we would rarely see the prize only if it was a freaking pizza. It was all a joke. Wireless express is a very crap company to work for. Avoid if you can
