Pros

Commission. If you're good with sales and I mean really good you will find an opportunity to make money here if you can achieve some seriously inflated targets.

Cons

A business exists to make money and everyone knows this but WCP does not even try to hide the fact that they care about money and only money. The amount of pressure the sales reps feel to sell products from their DM and the owners is just ridiculous. There are no opportunities to move up. I read the other review stating they only higher middle eastern. I have friends of all different ethnic backgrounds so when I say this i'm not saying it to sound discriminatory but I have to agree the majority of the staff are of that background. Everyone at head office is and they do come across as bias. As an employee you'll have no benefits and you will not feel secure about your job. The turnover rate is extremely high and there is no training structure in place, or any structure for that matter. The stores never have inventory to cover what customers want and the company's focus is primarily on their corporate sales team. Their store locations are in some of the worst places I've seen. They seem to have a minimalist approach to business and feel the only way to make money is to cut expenses and pay the least amount of money for anything that way any profits made will more than cover their cost. The owners are very, very stubborn and thick headed. They changed an entire point of sale system from an easy to use and simple system to an old system they'd been using for 10 years because the owners didn't want to learn how the new system worked to print reports and sales information. They chose instead to inconvenience their entire sales force and make them use an old system that literally turned a one step process into 5 or 6 in some cases and take triple the time to complete transactions. All in all if you decide to work for WCP be prepared. You'll have no benefits, next to no chance of being promoted, you'll work under constant pressure to pull off miracle numbers, and the company will never truly value or appreciate you. Work for Rogers directly, not this dealer. You'll be sorry you did.

Pros

I will write one the day I find one

Cons

WCP is one of those crooked employer who always underpay employees that could be seen from Inaccurate pay/commission checks, and pushes employees to sell services that customers don't even need. Its a money minded dealer with low morale and high turnover. Broken fixture wont get fixed for months, Always low on stock, I don't know how this dealer still have a license to operate business under Rogers banner. Unprofessional District Managers pulling each others legs to get ahead. I've personally been a victim of manager's unacceptable behavior to my coworkers. Don't bother applying for this particular dealer unless you are a middle eastern. (Owner is middle eastern and you will see employees get fired without warning and any valid reason within first 3-6 months, but middle eastern stays longer).
