Pros
I worked here for 5+ years and the only pro is that most of the time the new starters last 1 year so you have a good opportunity to network.
Cons
There is no progression, they will lie and say theres careers here but no one I have spoken too sees this as a career, more of a stop gap whilst they find a decent job. All of the time you have a level of peer pressure shoved onto you, they say theres no pressure to do things and then in your review will bring up the fact that you "werent going the extra mile" you "werent an example to other staff by volunteering to work more" There is a definite bullying culture by the top staff and backed up by the HR team, when they are confronted and asked to resolve or to give meetings HR staff will ignore you and any chasing up you do will be responded with "missed that email" "didnt realise that this was so important to you" "can this not be resolved between yourselves?" I can personally name over 40 members of staff that have come and gone all working for less than 1 year each. If youre looking to have a work life balance and a career that rewards you, this is not it. Notice how in the other "positive reviews" are only by management staff? this is because they were aware of having a 1* rating on glassdoor. Low wage with next to no increases, I believe the normal is 2%, there is no bonuses for certain staff.
