Pros

WD is an amazing environment. I don't think I can stress this enough. The whole office is one of the most enhancing and productive places I have ever been and I basically live in my college library. I am not talking only about the physical space here- but also about the people tha tyou are going to surround yourself with. People in WD are all hard-working and they love the company so much that it is something like a small family. Don't be afraid to talk to anyone and everyone is very open to question. If you are in the beginning of your career or just want to explore how a start-up works, you should definetly apply! About the role, it can vary from time to time, but your position is very crucial and you are making changes that impact a big range of employees and clients so you get actual responsibility very early on. Overall, WD was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to everyone as these people are just wonderful.

Cons

Sometimes I found my self not having to do a lot of things but that was very circumstantial, as I was working over the course of the summer when people take vocations.

Pros

When it comes to Wiredelta my experience can be boiled down to freedom with responsibility. If you excel under freedom to think and learn bringing your own ideas to the table, then go to Wiredelta. If you are more the type of person that needs guidance and set targets for you on a day to day basis, then don't go. - Almost complete freedom for the curious mind - Meritocracy where everyone can talk to everyone. Its not a rare sight that a tech lead or the CEO would be sitting and working with an intern. It comes down to the best idea to do something, and that can come from anyone. - Continous learning, or lifelong learning as one of their clients that I worked with would say (SanderMap)! - Singularity is a cool place to sit at, with an arcade you can play on, table tennis, many events and talks happening, and of course the traditional friday bars - Good opportunities to work from home if needed. - Diverse team, something not common in Copenhagen. People from all over the world, good mix of male/female.

Cons

- Sometimes too many projects at the same time. The company tends to say yes more than no. - Being a companies that grows sometimes decisions are made faster than they should. - A young organisation, sometimes it would nice to have more seniority and grey hair in the room.
