Bad economy, had to lay off several people.

Real ownership over planning and analytics work, with room to build reporting and automation tools that got put to use. Good exposure across demand planning, inventory, and SIOP. Collaborative team and a steady environment to develop a deep skill set.

Advancement paths for analysts are limited, so the next step isn't always clear once you've grown into the role. Systems and tooling were mid-transition for part of my time, which added some friction to the work.
