My direct superior was completely clueless, but I hear he’s since been let go.

Friendly work environment, generally skilled coworkers.

Cloistered leadership decision making, Leadership fearful/avoidant of tough conversations, leadership lacks communication skills in general, lots of blue collar leadership. Health benefits are "100%" mind with a massive deductible. Pretty much need to end up in the hospital to gain any benefit. No option for PPO or better services.
