Friendly environment but poor leadership communication - Anonymous employee Wire 3 Employee Review

Cloistered leadership decision making, Leadership fearful/avoidant of tough conversations, leadership lacks communication skills in general, lots of blue collar leadership. Health benefits are "100%" mind with a massive deductible. Pretty much need to end up in the hospital to gain any benefit. No option for PPO or better services.
