People genuinely care about what they do, so coding practices are good and discussions around how to further improve are welcomed. Everyone is good at providing and receiving constructive criticism and it makes for a great learning environment.
Cons
Small team so you may need to pick up other work while having a few pull requests waiting for code reviews. Simultaneously working on different changes can be mentally taxing.
