Amazing team at all levels. As an organisation, Winterhalter has a rare ability to attract kind, competent people and make them feel engaged. I couldn't like my team mates and my boss any more than I do. I was given autonomy, headspace, and trust from day one. My colleagues listen to me and respect me for my contributions and who I am--even when I get it all back to front.
