Pros
They have a good benefit program. Affordable dental, medical, vision insurance. The bonds you form with your direct team are beneficial.
Cons
Poor operations direction (on higher management end). Little to no opportunity for advancement. Treat employees poorly like they are replaceable. HR messes up seasonal cheeks on a regular basis. Director stays figuring out things you do wrong, but doesn't provide feedback on how to correct your errors. Unresponsive. Director provides no support to struggling offices. Long hours and no appreciation. The expectation is to always be available. You can be fired even when your performance has been deemed good and you never get written up or have disciplinary actions taken against you. How do you perform well enough to get a raise but still get let go?
