      good co operation and co - ordination place for freshers to learn about discipline broad thinking decison making fro good future

      not matured top management. hierarchy not followed poor management skills in middle level No competition between employees Lack in advertising the company

      Pros

      Great coworkers, the work is interesting and projects do vary. Benefits are reasonable. Team atmosphere with good work life balance.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities and no salary increase. Sometimes conflicting or confusing directives from management. Long term prospects are not encouraging.
