Pros

No proper ethics, team leads are worst, high importance is given to tamilians. If you are kannadiga or northy then you are screwed as no one will help you or guide you during training.they tell you that they will provide you training during interview but you have to learn on your own as no1 will help you least!

Cons

Very low salary and you will learn nothing.team leads are worst as they will never guide u properly and it's quite common that people will leave the company within months getting frustrated.they say that initially they will give u 8k but in hand u will get 6.3k!Join the company only if you are tamilain else you will be screwed for sure. You have to sign 3years bond and you can't expect hike in salary and if you want to leave the company after 1year then you have to pay 7months salary!lack of communication inside the premises and worst politics can be seen as team leads and seniors will help only there people as the company consists of 99% of tamilians
