Pros

variety, flexible schedule, great pay, working with great brands,

Cons

It does seem somewhat hard to move up if that's what you're looking to do, because the opportunities don't become available that often, And when they do, there's just a slim chance it'll be in your area, unless you're in NY or CA.

Pros

Flexible hours, great clients provided for your desire to be excellent at your job. My creativity and hard work was always appreciated. It makes going to work not seem like hard work.

Cons

I've read that the work wasn't consistent, but it really was for me. I just wanted part time, same accounts, same locations, it was actually perfect for me.

Pros

Great flexibility. You are given projects in your assigned locations (mine were in Walmart) and usually have a two to four-week window to complete them. You can schedule and reschedule them at your convenience within that time frame. You work independently with no one hanging over your shoulder.

Cons

Work is inconsistent, so don't depend on the income. Busy summers, but slow winters. Work is usually grouped at the beginning of each season. The onboarding training isn't the best. It would be better if there were someone to provide in-person training in your stores for the first couple of visits. The hotline to call for help is inconsistent, with some staff being helpful and others being rude and unhelpful. They really expect you to read all of the training for each project, and if you miss something in the training and call the hotline to ask a question, you might get someone who just refers you back to the training instead of helping you while you are in the store. Travel and mileage can be very restrictive. If you want to pick up work in nearby cities, you are often required to travel and work on the same day, which can be too much if you are driving several hours to get there.
