Pros
My account rep was pleasant and experienced. Paychecks were weekly and timely (as long as I submitted my time sheet on time!). They found a work location near my home residence. I was made a permanent employee by the company I worked for in a higher capacity.
Cons
There were some intermittent problems with accessing my account rep directly (although there was almost always someone there to answer my inquiries), my co-worker had the same problem as well (she worked for Winston too). No benefits were offer for my position.
