      Pros

      The pay is good for this area but not at the cost to your body and mental health.

      Cons

      Its always at least 20 degrees hotter than outside when working so this only is a good thing when it's negative degrees out. The higher ups don't exactly care about you unless you've been there 20 years and they stifle creativity. Feels like working with a bunch of high school girls even though they are all grown men.

      Improvement in benefits as medical assurance, 401k match. Employee activities, as cookouts, raffles for items, shows, etc. personal and professional development motivation task.

      More opportunities to get job promotions or salary rises.

      Local employment. Relatively clean working environment.

      Lack of communication between middle management to supervisors, supervisors to supervisors in different or the same dept, and supervisors to employees.
