Company struggled for years and finally hit it big with a few products sold at CostCo. Owner brought in a new president which discounted the opinion and expertise of all current employees. Many were replaced and the new president relocated the company from Ontario to Irvine (closer to the new presidents home). How arrogant of him and what is the owner thinking.
