Pros

Good start pay (but doesn't increase)

Cons

Quantity over quality culture. You will be valuable for the management if you keep your mouth shut, don't try to grow in the company and just clock in at time. Absolutely no support for families with kids, even though the management gets a special treatment when it comes to it, they are allowed to work from home, come in late, but if you do, you're going to be in their office for lecturing (even though you have a newborn and you do your job great, doesn't matter if you're 10 mins late). Will allow harrasment if it's to their advantage (person who harasses others is flexible and "keeps their mouth shut" as they like it). Will only acknowledge things that are to their advantage, to things that aren't they will just pretend they can't see it. Absolutely no team building, rather they are interested in team members to dislike each other so that they're busy doing exactly that instead of noticing poor management. Double standards all around. Working there feels like sitting in a prison cell, you get in trouble if you chat with your coworkers (sometimes you need to, sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours is hard and it's important to wind off for a few minutes from time to time). People are having mental breakdowns on a daily but won't speak out because they very well know they will be easily fired if "don't keep their mouth shut" in a very humuliating way also by the way...
