      A lot of great co-workers at this organization. You feel like family

      Leadership has some serious struggles. It is like a good old "girls" club. They are asking employees to fill out reviews to get scores up. All clinical managers are overloaded. Never saw Senior Leadership - "working at home" this week. Practice leadership

      Pros

      Work independently, in the business office where the residents of Lake Winona Manir pay their bill, and access their trust.

      Cons

      Very condescending Manager, wasn't even there 2 weeks and was on my own even though I was no where near done with training.
