      - Company life aligns with mission - Everything is done with sustainability in mind (from office fruit and veg, to company dinners, etc) - Flexible working - Young environment - Transparent communication - Opportunities to grow in career/move around offices and departments

      Cons

      - Sometimes too ambitious, setting targets too high and not reaching them - You might end up doing some work that is not entirely part of the your initial job description

      Good cause, decent benefits like 3 wfh days. Friday’s finish at 3pm

      Cons

      Very low pay, little to no movement for growth. Company is not structured great, no real guidance on what you have to do day-to-day. Managers don’t seem to know how to manage.
