The people I will work are great. Being able to help people with their housing makes me feel good.

Cons

There aren’t enough hours in the day for all of the work that needs to be done.

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
