Pros

Lots of opportunities for training, movement and growth. People in this industry are upbeat and positive, so you will meet many great coworkers. Events are great too. Lots of unpaid overtime is expected.

Cons

The most challenging thing is the pressure to meet numbers and sometimes the people who are helping you are really in competition with you. Property Management is very competitive, so get a clear, written down description of your job, expectations, and bonus criteria. Get it in writing!

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
