      There are no "pros" I could give at this time.

      Cons

      I am only speaking on behalf of my experience working in the Brooklyn location. -Underpaid especially for the amount of experience one brings to the table -There is absolutely no training. And you will commit errors and they will blame you as if that is something you should've known; even though you've never been trained. Not a single person in a higher position will take accountability. -They display favoritism -There is a lack of professionalism -There is no organization or structure. In order for something to happen there needs to be a concise agenda. -There title is leasing consultant, but you do nothing related to that title.

      Pros

      Office staff was as kind as could be.

      Cons

      Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
