Pros

They use Yard S7 and Yard Pays can Three weeks vacation a year Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA insurance with no cost mental health treatment (you'll need it).

Cons

Almost every Senior Property Manager or RVP is a bully and they constantly turn them over. I had over 8 supervisors within 5.5 years. They don't investigate before firing and just take the SPM's word for it. If you are a Property Manager and want to be an SPM or move up, good luck. THE closest thing to a promotion you will get is another property to manage and an extra $10k a year for doing the job of two people. Maintenance techs are hard to keep because they are extremely underpaid and under valued by company. Be prepared to be asked to do 60 hours of work a week but only allowed to work 40.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
