-Team is motivated -Good communication across the board -Remote/Hybrid Work Environment -Clean and Modernized Office with Food, Snacks and Beverages Available Since joining the team back at the beginning of 2021, I have learned a lot from the founders and leadership team on what it takes to be a member of a highly competitive environment. We collaborate on a daily basis to get the job done! It is very rewarding when we have a placement that goes over smooth and tactical which is a process that we will continue to implement across the board. WinMax has shown me grit and determination as well as living by the concept that Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
Cons
-The Staffing and Recruiting Vertical requires urgency and persistency. Because of this, sometimes there is work to do in the later hours and evenings. But getting people started on time and answering questions accordingly is part of the job so I wouldn't even consider this to be a con!
