It is always great to get a feedback from our former employees but getting such great feedback from a current employee that has been with us for more than 5 years makes us really proud. We are glad that you appreciate and value people you get to work with – that is what counts the most and says a lot good about you. As you have rightly indicated we are on our way to grow and with the new strategy and structure in place we are ready to take off! We are lucky to have a strong team made of intelligent people with a can-do attitude to make this happen. We always try to be as proactive as possible, however it happens that we aren’t able to predict certain situation. Sometimes the response to the issues may not be as fast as we would like it to be, so if you have any ideas on how we can improve in this area we would love to hear more from you!
