Pros

The health benefits are amazing and cover almost everything, which is a huge plus. Another great perk is being able to keep all of the points and rewards earned from booking travel.

Cons

Internal promotion raises are extremely low and often well below what the company offers external hires for the exact same role. HR is aware of the disparity and will openly acknowledge that outside hires are paid more. There’s also little opportunity to provide feedback upward, as there is no meaningful way to evaluate management. Additionally, the PTO and sick time policies are disappointing and feel more in line with retail-level benefits than what would be expected from a corporate position.

Pros

• Individuals can grow both personally and professionally in this role • Great benefit package for employees (and families where applicable), helping demonstrate their focus on people • Numerous growth opportunities and ability to explore the path that suits your career goals and interests – no two leaders took identical routes to build success • Ability to positively impact local communities across North America while supporting franchisees in their personal goals

Cons

• Travel is not always smooth or easy – as is the travel world – but knowing you can partner with your leader should there be issues helps alleviate the stress • The benefit package is a huge strength, continuing to review for areas of opportunity that align with staff needs is always ongoing and should continue

Pros

High autonomy: Employees are trusted to manage their own work, make decisions, and take ownership of projects without being micromanaged. Diverse, engaging workload: No day looks the same and there’s a wide variety of responsibilities that keep things interesting and offer continuous learning opportunities. High‑impact, high‑visibility projects: There are frequent opportunities to work on strategic initiatives that get exposure at senior levels. Strong work‑life balance: Work expectations are manageable, and it’s generally possible to maintain a healthy balance as long as deadlines and deliverables are met. Clear paths for advancement: When you consistently perform, there is real potential for promotion and growth within the company. Travel opportunities: Travel is a significant part of the role and offers great hands‑on experience. A major perk is being able to keep all travel points and credit card rewards earned.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be inconsistent: You may need to take the initiative to clarify expectations, but once aligned, management is very responsive and supportive. Primarily in-office environment: While the company does prefer on‑site work, managers are generally flexible when you communicate needs proactively, and accommodations can often be made. Frequent travel: Travel can feel tiring during busy periods, but it does add variety, breaks up the office routine, and comes with the added perk of keeping your own points and rewards.
